Godfrey Phillips India Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 24

The Board of directors in its meeting held today i.e. 25th June, 2021, have recommended payment of dividend of 1200% i.e., Rs.24/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing AGM.The dividend declared at AGM will be paid within 30 days of declaration.The meeting commenced at 12:45 p.m. and concluded at 1:45 p.m.
