The Board of Directors of Everest Kanto Cylinder Ltd at its meeting held on June 24, 2021, has recommended a Dividend of 15% (Re. 0.30 paisa per equity share of Re 2/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
