Panacea Biotec AGM approves 100% dividend

Panacea Biotec Ltd has announced that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 4.5% in respect 4.5% Non-convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares (Series - III) of Rs 10/- each, paid as interim dividend, for the financial year 2005-06.

Declaration of divined of 100% (i.e. Re 1/- per share) on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2006.
