Multibase India Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Multibase India Limited at their meeting held today, have recommended Final Dividend @20% i.e Rs. 2 per equity share on 1,26,20,000 no. of Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company and if approved by the shareholders aggregating to approximate cash outflow of Rs. 252.40 lacs.

The said dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the 30th Annual General Meeting will be credited / dispatched within the prescribed time as per the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of MULTIBASE INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.246.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 242.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16377 in over 310 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 249 and intraday low of 233. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4032319.
