KNR Tirumala Infra Private Limited receives provisional completion certificate

KNR Constructions Ltd has announced that provisional Certificate of Completion for "Six Laning of NH-140 from Chittoor to Mallavaram in the State of Andhra Pradesh under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode (Package III)" effective from 10th May 2021 was received by KNR Tirumala Infra Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company and the Project was completed 142 days ahead of the Revised Scheduled Completion Date with an entitlement of bonus.

The Quantum of Bonus based on original Scheduled Completion Date is Rs.8.99 Cr and if revised Schedule Completion Date is taken into account, it will be Rs.24.57 Cr.

Shares of KNR CONSTRUCTIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.221.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 223.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17567 in over 577 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 225.1 and intraday low of 221.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3924379.
