Bhandari Hosiery Exports Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.01

The board of directors of Bhandari Hosiery Exports Limited at its meeting held today has recommended a final dividend of Re 0.01/- per Equity Share (i.e. 1%) having Face Value of Re 1/- (Rupees One Only) each for the Financial Year 2020-2021, The Final Dividend will be paid after approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
