MAS Financial Services Limited allots NCDs for Rs. 100 crore

The Finance Committee ("Finance Committee") of the Board of Directors of MAS Financial Services Limited ("Company") at its meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, June 23, 2021 has, approved and allotted 10,000 (Ten Thousand) rated, senior, secured, listed, transferable, redeemable, principal protected market linked non-convertible debentures, each having a face value of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) and aggregating up to INR 100,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Hundred Crore) on private placement basis.

Shares of MAS Financial Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.859.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 863.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2146 in over 178 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 876.5 and intraday low of 859.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1858786.
