Shiva Mills Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1 for FY2020-21

The Board of Directors of Shiva Mills Ltd at its meeting held on June 23, 2021, have recommended a dividend of Re.1/- per share for every one equity share of Rs.10/- each, for the Financial Year 2020-2021.
