Jindal Worldwide Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.05

The Board of Directors of Jindal Worldwide Ltd at their meeting held on Tuesday, 22nd day of June, 2021 has recommended a final dividend @ 5% of paid up equity share capital (i.e. Rs. 0.05/- Paisa per equity share of F.V. Rs. 1/- each), subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2020-2021.
