Centrum Capital Ltd board approves enabling resolution for raising funds

The Board of Directors of Centrum Capital Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved an enabling resolution for raising funds through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures, up to an amount of Rs. 1000 crores, in one or more series and/or in one or more tranches, subject to the approval of Shareholders and approved an enabling resolution for raising of funds through issue of equity shares through qualified institutional placements up to an amount of Rs. 500 crores subject to approval of the Shareholders / Regulatory and/or Statutory Authorities as applicable.

Shares of CENTRUM CAPITAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.47.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 52.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 955270 in over 4425 trades.
