PNB Gilts Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of PNB Gilts Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share i.e. 30% for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall be paid/dispatch to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration and any further information in this regard including record date shall be submitted with the concerned Stock Exchanges in due course.
