Ashapura Minechem Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of directors of Ashapura Minechem Ltd have recommended Final Dividend for the year 2020-2021 @ 25 % i.e. Rs. 0.50 (Fifty Paisa only) per equity shares of Rs. 2.00 each subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
