Acuite withdraws rating of Camlin Fine Sciences Limited

On the request of Camlin Fine Sciences Limited for voluntary withdrawal of credit rating with respect to its bank facilities of INR 392.30 crores (the "said facilities), Acuité Ratings & Research Limited ("Acuité") has, withdrawn its rating on the said facilities, effective from June 18, 2021. The rating issued by Acuité at the time of withdrawal remains unchanged from what Acuité had issued earlier, i.e. long-term rating of 'ACUITE A-' (read as ACUITE A minus) and short‐term rating of 'ACUITE A2+' (read as ACUITE A two plus). The outlook also remains "stable".
