Seamec Ltd to scrap Vessel 'SEAMEC I'

Seamec Ltd has entered into an Agreement with M/s. Jawandamal Dhannamal for Scrap of Vessel "SEAMEC I" at a price of INR 10,85,56,500 (INR Ten Crores Eighty Five Lakhs Fifty Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) exclusive of GST.

Shares of SEAMEC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.491.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 477.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1233 in over 166 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 498 and intraday low of 467.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 602568.
