Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 2 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Reliance Chemotex Industries Ltd in their meeting held on June 21, 2021 have recommended a Dividend @20% i.e. Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the same by the Shareholders in the ensuing 43 Annual General Meeting of the Company.
