Birla Cable Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Birla Cable Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. 18th June, 2021 has considered and Recommended Dividend of Re.1/- per share (i.e.10 %) on 3,00,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of the same by the Shareholders in the ensuing Twenty Nineth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Birla Cable Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.89.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 102367 in over 1915 trades.
