Monarch Networth Capital Ltd board approves preferential issue of 29,90,000 warrants

The Board of Director's of Monarch Networth Capital Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. 18th June, 2021 which commenced at 1.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.25 p.m., have considered and approved Preferential Issue of up to 29,90,000 Fully Convertible Warrants ('Warrants'), each carrying a right exercisable by the Warrant holder to subscribe to one Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- per Warrant, at an issue price (including the warrant subscription price and the warrant exercise price) of Rs. 72/- per Warrant aggregating to 21,52,80,000/-, to the persons belonging to the Public Category, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company and applicable regulatory authorities as the case may be, in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations and other applicable laws.

Shares of Monarch Networth Capital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.75.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 72.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30398 in over 131 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 77.15 and intraday low of 69.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2243885.
