SMS Lifesciences India Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of SMS Lifesciences India Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50/- (15%) per equity share of Rs. 10 face value for the financial year 2020-21. The dividend will be paid on or after five days from the date of approval by the shareholders at the 15th Annual General Meeting IAGM). The AGM date and book closure dates for the purpose of payment of dividend will be announced in due course.
