Ruchira Papers Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The Board of Directors of at their meeting held on today i e Friday, 18th June 2021 has recommended dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ending at 31st March 2021, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend payment date shall be announced in due course.
