R Systems International Limited Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2021, has approved the payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2021 at the rate of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each.

The Interim Dividend for the year 2021, as declared by the Board of Directors will be paid on July 16, 2021.
