OM Infra Ltd to acquire additional stake in Bihar Logistics Private Limited and Gujrat Warehousing Private Limited

OM Infra Ltd has announced the acquisition of an additional 49% shareholding of M/s Bihar Logistics Private Limited and an additional 24.99 % shareholding of M/s Gujrat Warehousing Private Limited.

The company will acquire additional 49% shareholding of M/s Bihar Logistics Private Limited by way of acquisition of Equity Shares, thereby making it as 99% subsidiary company and acquire additional 24.99 % shareholding of M/s Gujrat Warehousing Private Limited by way of acquisition of equity shares, thereby making it as 99 % subsidiary Company.

Shares of OM INFRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.26.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7917 in over 173 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 27.35 and intraday low of 26.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 213233.
