Novartis India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Novartis India Ltd at its meeting held on June 17, 2021, have approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 10/- per Equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
