Nureca Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Nureca Ltd at its meeting held on June 16, 2021, has recommended the 20% Final Dividend i.e., Rs. 2/- per equity share to the members of the Company, out of profits of the Company for the financial year 2020-2021, subject to the approval of the members in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
