Manaksia Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Manaksia Ltd at its meeting held today, which commenced at 12:55 P.M. and concluded at 03:56 P.M. has recommended Final Dividend @ 150% (i.e. Rs. 3.00/- per equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual general Meeting (AGM) of the Company and the dividend will be paid after the AGM. The record date, the date on which the Company will hold its AGM for the year ended 31st March, 2021 and the date from which dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid or demand draft/warrants thereof despatched to the shareholders will be announced in due course of time.

Shares of MANAKSIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.73.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 163078 in over 1801 trades.
