Power Finance Corporation Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on June 15, 2021, has recommended final dividend @ Rs. 2/- (Rs. Two Only) per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- per share for the FY 2020-21 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 8/- per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) for the FY 2020-21 paid in March, 2021. The final dividend, if declared, will be paid within the statutory period as per the Companies Act, 2013.
