Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd in their meeting held today i.e. June 15, 2021, has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs 6.00/- (i.e. 60%) per equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The final dividend, if approved, will be paid / dispatched on or before September 25, 2021.

Shares of Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.3190 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3198.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43872 in over 4866 trades.
