JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 8

The Board of Directors of JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 8 (400%) per equity share of FV of Rs.2 for the year 2020-21. The dividend, if declared, will be remitted/ dividend warrants will be dispatched on September 17, 2021.
