Archit Organosys Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Archit Organosys Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.5 per equity shares (5%) of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.

The dividend, if declared by the shareholders in the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
