Coal India Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Coal India Ltd in its meeting held on date had recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.

Shares of COAL INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.159.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 162.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2785162 in over 19802 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 164 and intraday low of 155.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 444025132.
