Arihant Capital Markets Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Arihant Capital Markets Limited in their Meeting held today i.e. 14th June, 2021, approved the recommendation of dividend of Rs. 1/- (20%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the Shareholders of the Company which shall be subject to their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
