Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2021, has recommended Final Dividend of INR 0.25 paise per share (i.e.,5%) on equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
