HLE Glascoat Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of HLE Glascoat Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended dividend on equity shares @ 40% (Rs.4) per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year 2020-21, subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of HLE Glascoat Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3709 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3617.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2864 in over 802 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3794.75 and intraday low of 3630. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10662977.
