Anupam Rasayan India Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Anupam Rasayan India Ltd has recommended a dividend of INR 0.50/- at 5% per equity share of the face value of INR 10 /- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Book Closure and Record Date for dividend purpose will be announced in due course.
