Everest Organics Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Everest Organics Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. June 12, 2021 has considered and recommended a final dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs. 1/- per equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of EVEREST ORGANICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.382 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 383.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17080 in over 541 trades.
