IVP Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of IVP Ltd in their meeting held today have recommended a final dividend of 10% (i.e., Re. 1/- per share) on Equity shares of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021.

Shares of IVP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.155.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 159.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5293 in over 190 trades.
