Ind-Ra upgrades Sagar Cements' long-term issuer rating

India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded Sagar Cements Limited's (SCL) Long-Term Issuer Rating to 'IND A' from 'IND A-'. The Outlook is Positive.
