Likhitha Infrastructure Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Likhitha Infrastructure Limited at their meeting held today i.e, on June 11, 2021, have considered and recommended dividend @15% i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend shall be credited / warrants thereof dispatched within 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the AGM. The AGM date and book closure date for the purpose of the payment of dividend will be announced in due course.
