Dhanvarsha Finvest Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.05

The Board of Directors of Dhanvarsha Finvest Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held today i.e., June 10, 2021 (commenced at 1:00 pm and concluded at 4:30 p.m.) has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs.0.05 per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Dhanvarsha Finvest Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.790.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 796.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8010 in over 170 trades.
