Bajaj Healthcare Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50, special dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Bajaj Healthcare Ltd has recommended payment of final dividend of Re. 0.50/- and special dividend of Re. 0.50/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Company has already declared and paid interim dividends of 12.50% ( Rs.1.25/-) each per share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March,2021. The total dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2021(including the special dividend) works out to 27.50% (Rs. 2.75/-) per share of Rs.10 each.

Shares of Bajaj Healthcare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.732 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 776.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 240310 in over 7983 trades.
