Petronet LNG Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Petronet LNG Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.50 (Three Rupees Fifty Paise only) per share (on the face value of Rs. 10/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21. The final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Shares of PETRONET LNG LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.248.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 249.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 223128 in over 2514 trades.
