Engineers India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of Engineers India Ltd at its meeting held on June 08, 2021, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.60 (sixty paisa only) per share (on the face value of Rs. 5/­ each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21. The final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
