Aegis Logistics Ltd board approves investment proposals

The Board of Directors of Aegis Logistics Ltd at its meeting held on Monday i.e. June 7, 2021, considered and approved investment in the equity shares of Aegis LPG Logistics (Pipavav) Ltd., by way of acquisition upto 100% stake from its wholly owned subsidiary Aegis Gas (LPG) Pvt. Ltd.

The board also approved further investment of Rs. 56,00,000 in the shares of Aegis LPG Logistics (Pipavav) Ltd. by acquiring additional 4,60,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and 1,00,000 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares ('CCPS') of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of AEGIS LOGISTICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.362.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 377.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 54675 in over 2484 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 376.5 and intraday low of 361.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20001813.
