Rain Calcining Board to discuss restructuring

Rain Calcining Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006; and

2. To discuss the options for Corporate Restructuring of the Company and Associate Company, Rain Commodities Ltd.
