Suven Pharmaceuticals Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of Suven Pharmaceuticals Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share of face value of Rs 1/- each for the year 2020-2021.

The Board approved August 17, 2021 as record date for the purposes of the Annual General Meeting and final dividend. The final dividend will be paid on and from September 07, 2021, within 30 days from the date of approval by members in the AGM.
