The Board of Directors of Fairchem Organics Ltd at its meeting held on June 07, 2021, has approved the recommendation of Dividend @35% i.e., Rs. 3.50 per equity share (on par value of Rs. 10/), subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing AGM.
