Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.40

The Board of Directors of Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited at their meeting held today i.e., June 7, 2021 have considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.40/-(Rupees Two and Forty Paisa Only) per Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each (i.e. 24%) for the Financial Year 2020-2021. The Final Dividend will be paid after approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
