Gujarat Alkalies Board to consider quarterly results, interim dividend

Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 19, 2006, inter alia, to consider Quarterly Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2006 and also to consider payment of Interim Dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company.
