IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. 4th June 2021 has considered and recommended Final Dividend of Rs 2/- per shares (i.e. 20 % on the face value of Rs 10/- each share) for the financial year 2020-21, the same will be paid upon declaration by the shareholders in the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Record date for payment of dividend shall be communicated in due course.
