PAISALO DIGITAL LIMITED board recommends dividend of Rs. 1 for FY21

The board of directors of PAISALO DIGITAL LIMITED at its meeting held today, has recommended the Dividend of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) per fully paid equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of Members of the Com any at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Paisalo Digital Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.638.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 620.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4597 in over 351 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 643.95 and intraday low of 615.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2902876.
