Asahi Songwon Colors Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Asahi Songwon Colors Ltd at its meeting held on June 04, 2021, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share (35%) of face value of Rs. 10/- per equity shares for the financial year 2020-2021, subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting date.
